Rules and Regulations
All Beginner Divisions: Three (3) required techniques.
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a punch attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a kick attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a grab
1. Sequences may be performed with each technique individually (one at a time) or simultaneously with multiple attackers.
One time only at street speed.
All Intermediate Divisions: Three (3) required techniques and One (1) of own choosing.
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a punch attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a kick attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a grab
- 1 Self-defense sequence of any selection

All Advanced & Brown Belt Divisions: Three (3) required techniques and Two (2) of own choosing.
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a punch attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a kick attack
- 1 Self-defense sequence against a grab
- 2 Self-defense sequences of any selection

Adult Black Belt Divisions: Three (3) required techniques and Four (4) of own choosing.

- 4 Self-defense sequences of any selection
